How can I check out my order status?
Click here to visit your order list in My Account. You can check out your order status about whether it is shipped or partially shipped, the shipping date, tracking No., tracking website etc.
How long does delivery take?
We generally ship out orders almost as soon as they are received. This means you can expect delivery within 5 to 20 days. Depending on the country you have ordered from and the efficiency of local customs clearance.
Typically deliveries to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and EU take 7 to 15 working days to arrive.
How can I place the first order?
Placing an order with Unteq is easy, you can even check out as a guest. We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or E-mail, all orders must be placed online. Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order. Should you have any queries, please contact us.
1. Find the Items You Want
First you need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of Unteq website. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the top navigation bar of each store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.

2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item from Unteq, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the button at the right top of every page of our website.
3. Choose a shipping method
Unteq offer free shipping to worldwide countries. But only freely provide tracking number when the order amount is more than $ 20. If your order Amount is less than 20$USD and you want to get tracking number, you can choose “Registered Airmail +1.7$USD”, Tracking Number will be offered to you! Of course, you also can choose EMS for delivery. If you still need other Express Delivery like DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, please click here to contact us.

4. Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all the items you've chosen in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase the item right away, click the "Remove" button next to the title. The item will be removed from your current Shopping Cart.

5. Sign In/Create a New Account
You can create a new account or check out as a guest (no order status inquiry function), and we recommend to register because you will get 58 points which can change for “2% off the order or $1 USD coupon of $50USD order” after your E-mail address verified.
6. Check out payment Information
Unteq only accepts payment via PayPal. Before you pay for the orders, you can click the “check out with PayPal”. Then you can check out the account information in PayPal. If you haven’t ID in the PayPal, please create one as per the instruction of PayPal. It is easy. Any question, you can contact your local PayPal branch by visiting www.paypal.com
7. Review shipping address and pay for Your Order
Need to double check the shipping address whether is the same with your receiving address. If it is same, then please submit payment. If it is different, Please update it. Our customer service representative will double confirm the abnormal address with you.
Note: Unteq will arrange shipment within 24 hours as of the payment time.
8. Check Your Order Status
If you would like to review or change something about the unpaid order you placed before,we recommend you to delete this order and place a new one.
Guest can not check order status for now.

Does Unteq offer refund guarantee?
Yes. Unteq allows most products to be returned for a refund within 90 days as from the delivery date. You can refer to Product Warranty. We'll refund your payment upon receiving the return package. Additional deductions for all refunds will be made depending on current market value.
Can I change my order once it has been processed?
Unfortunately you cannot. If you contact us immediately after placing the order, we can probably make the change(s) you request. If the order has been charged, we cannot make any change and the order will have to be cancelled.
I want to add items to my order, what should I do?
You can add items to your shopping cart if you have not clicked "check out by PayPal".
If you have clicked the "check out by PayPal", but still have not made payment, you can delete it in the order list, and place another new order.
If your order is paid and processed, unfortunately, you can't add items, but you can place another new order.
If the paid order isn’t processed, you can contact us. Customer service representative will handle it for you manually.
I have paid, why the order status is still unpaid?
Since PayPal server will be delayed sometimes, please wait 2-4 hours and check it again. If it still shows “unpaid”, please provide your email and order ID number, we'll check and fix the problem.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
- If the order payment status is “Unpaid”, you can delete it directly.
- If the order has been paid and the shipment status is "Unshipped", you can contact us to cancel the order and get refund.
- If the order has been paid and the shipment status is “packing” or "shipped", we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
First, please check your order list to make sure whether order was sent in one package. If items are sent separately, please be patient for another one. If all packages have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing clearly for small item.
If you are unable to locate the item at last, please take a photo which shows any labels of the packing and contact customer service.
What should I do if I want to return a product within warranty?
Please make sure the item is broken or defective. If you don't know how to use the product, please contact customer service for help.
What happens when my order status is “shipped partially”?
Maybe one or some items in your order are out of stock. It will take some time for Unteq logistic department to restock. Unteq will ship the other products with stock priority. So the order status is “shipped partially”. Once there are any uncontrolled elements that affect the unshipped product, Unteq will keep you posted.
How long will it take to process a “back order”?
It will take about 5 days or less to process the back order. If you are anxious to get it, you can choose some similar items for replacing. For the price difference herein, you can contact Unteq customer service center by Leave message in My Account. Of course, you can choose to cancel this item and obtain a refund.
Generally, Back orders are shipped within 1-3 days.
What should I note before ordering?
You order products in Unteq. You should understand product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards, and that the adapters and other standards are correct for your country.
