Unteq chooses products to sell based on their excellent designs and proven reliability. We also check all orders during the packing stage to make sure that all the accessories are included.

Our strict testing process ensure that your ordered products are functionally correct before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all our goods undergo during manufacture.

All our products are covered by a 3 Month Replacement Warranty from the date of shipment.

This warranty covers you from product failure or defects within the warranty period.

Return Policy

Unteq's Standard Return Policy is applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Unteq website.

All products can be requested for Return Merchandise Authorization if they are within the warranted period.

All returns must require a Return Merchandise Authorization. You can request an Return Merchandise Authorization by contacting customer service.

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:

• Any product not purchased from Unteq
• Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
• Any product from which the posted code has been removed from its packaging
• Any product that exhibits physical damage
• Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
